Outdoor Classroom Guides Work with visiting school children
and lead them in nature activities. No exerience is necessary and
we provide on-site field training. Discover the joys of nature and
inspire others as you experience nature through the eyes of a child!
Raptor Caretaker Our amazing raptors require a lot of
care. We are looking for high school students or adults who can
spend time feeding, cleaning and maintaining facilities for our
resident and recuperating birds of prey. Training is provided
Gardners/Groundskeepers The NRCP's gardens are seeking volunteers
to water, weed, and maintain their appearances each week. This a
great opportunity for a young family, a beginner or avid gardener.
No experience necessary, training is provided.
Gift Shop Help visitors in our small gift shop.
The gift shop/office is our primary greeting center for all of our
visitors. Put your friendly nature to work providing visitors with
a "lay of the land" as you offer trail maps, directions
to the restrooms and picnic areas, and membership information.
Office Support in the NRCP Office Stuff envelopes, help with mailings,
enter memberships, and fold brochures among other activities. Contact
our office to find out.
Special Events Workers Or special events require "all hand
on deck" for organizing, mailing and on-site assistance.
